Got a bit backed up due to some IRL stuff I had going on personally. It all came out very well though and we are back to shipping orders.
If you see your order hasn't been confirmed yet, we will be getting to those ASAP over this weekend.
If you have an order that was shipped but not arrived, it most likely, was due again to errors with bar coding by USPS shipping services we use on our PC, its been fixed (again..USPS software is junk..FYI - find something else to use!)
Please take into consideration that most recovered packages were not received to us until Thursday/Friday of this week....they are returned at a "First Class Mail, type Speed", unfortunately.
Again sorry for the delays but all is well and all orders are being filled!
There are about 15 orders that were affected.
All will have the same DCN, just the bar codes are scan-able now!

Well thanx for posting missit, that step one on your way to betters graces, now you must fix your customer service technique..it sounds quite terrible..if you have actually had IRL problems then I'm sorry for your ordeal in IRL, but you know you could have been a little better getting in touch with your customers.
Just some helpful tips, hope you can clean this mess up.
